The “Emergency Load Lowering System” is an upgrade of the Thruster TURBO Conrol System, which achieves faster brake reaction times as used in normal operation(140 – 150 ms instead of 350-450 ms).

The “Emergency Load Lowering System” is an electrical control system particularly suitable in case of emergencyto protect loads against crashes.

Particulary suitable for:

• Magnet cranes
• Cranes, which transport molten materials (Foundries, Steel plants,..)
• Cranes used in Power Plants (KTA, Nuclear)

Human error can be excluded. The brake will close automatically after reaching the max. preset speed!
